Effective Engagement

You have to be engaged with the people you serve.  You need to communicate with them the way they want to be reached.

Unless you don’t want to be effective.

Effective engagement increasingly means interacting with people online.  And a lonely website will not get the job done.

Technology is supposed to make things easier but it often exposes and compounds inefficient and ineffective offline methods.
